Southern Tier debuts Oak-Aged Pumking in NYC

There are plenty of places that Southern Tier could debut its new Oak-Aged Imperial Pumking. But the second coming of the Pumking, which, as you can imagine from the description, is an oak-aged version of the much-beloved original, will appear on tap for the first time anywhere right here in New York City this Wednesday.
The beer make its first appearance on tap at The Ginger Man (11 E. 36th St., at 5th Ave., Midtown) on Wednesday evening. Maybe not with a ton of fanfare, but it’ll be on tap for your enjoyment, and you’ll be one of the few and the proud: the beer is only being offered on tap, and will only be available in New York and Pennsylvania. (Sorry, New Jersey!)
It will be available at select beer bars in the city after that… and we’ll be sure to let you know where we spot it via Twitter.
